SCONE vs PARKPLACE The winter season in Wellington, Florida is the highest rated polo in the country. At the end of the season is the U.S Open Polo Championship, easily equated to the Super Bowl of polo. Just as in the Super Bowl, the two very best teams from the season come head to head for the most heavily anticipated, action packed display of athleticism, superior game strategy and exceptional horse power. This year was unique in that the Michael Jordan of Polo, Adolfo Cambiaso, played with his 15 year old son, Poroto, for his first ever US Open appearance. Their team, Scone, faced off against the fan favorite Park Place.
